REFUND & EXCHANGE

If your are not completely happy with your item, we will provide a refund or exchange, provided that you notify us within 14 days of receipt ( starting the day after delivery). You will then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition, in their original packaging, 

We will need the following Information:

-> " Your name and address "

-> " Your order number "

-> " The reason for the return (please include a photo if the item is faulty ) "

Please let us know whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund. 

The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a recorded delivery services. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the foods are faulty or send in error. 

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt, and you will receive email confirmation once your refund has been issued. please note that refunds can only be returned in the original payment method.
